    Rugged, field-proven industrial panel mount monitor engineered for harsh and washdown environments. The CDS-FM17 is a fully enclosed industrial display designed for panel-mounted installations in automotive and industrial applications where protection from water, oil, dust, and contaminants is critical. Featuring a sealed front bezel with NEMA 4 / 4X / 12 compliant protection, it is suitable for hose-down environments and demanding factory conditions. The 17" TFT display (1280×1024) with VGA input delivers reliable visibility and performance, while the heavy-duty aluminum chassis with a shatter-resistant LEXAN® protective shield ensures long-term durability. Each chassis is designed, built, and powder coated in California (Made in USA) with CDS’s signature silver-splatter finish. Designed for continuous 24/7 industrial operation with a 30,000-hour (minimum) backlight life, the CDS-FM17 is a drop-in replacement for the CDS-FM15 and a field-proven platform with over 5 years of continuous deployment in automotive manufacturing environments.

CDS-FM15

The FM17 is a Drop-In Replacement for the older FM15 model. Only the screen viewing size is 17" diagonal on the FM17 as against 15" diagonal on the FM15 model. The FM17 is functionally, fully compatible with the FM15. The VGA Port and  the AC Power Input are are located in the same identical position. The 14 bolt mounting configuration and panel cut out, is identical.
